This website is operated by Brainoo ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or buy our digital products, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and order information you enter at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment/checkout partner (for example SuperProfile, Instamojo, Razorpay or Cashfree). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Free sample requests: name, WhatsApp number and your child's age group (3-6 or 7-10), if you fill our form.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Website usage: basic, anonymous data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel and analytics.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our products are bought and used under a parent's or guardian's supervision.

2. How we use it

• To deliver your PDF files and send your download link.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To send product updates or offers on WhatsApp/email – you can reply STOP at any time.
• To measure and improve our ads and website (Meta Pixel / Conversions API).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (checkout and payment partners, hosting, WhatsApp/email tools, Meta for ad measurement), or when required by law.

4. Cookies
