Refund & Cancellation Policy

Brainoo products are digital PDF files that are delivered instantly. Once the files are delivered they cannot be "returned", so please read this policy before buying.

1. Try before you buy

We offer a free sample of 10 real worksheets so you can check the quality, level and language before paying. Get the free sample.

2. No refunds after delivery

Because the product is downloadable, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the download link has been delivered.

3. When we will help

• Link not received / file not opening / corrupted file: we will resend or replace the files free of charge.
• Wrong kit bought (e.g. Champ instead of Alpha): contact us within 7 days and we will swap it, or let you upgrade to the Combo by paying the difference.
• Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same order): the extra amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification.
• Payment deducted but no order created: such amounts are usually auto-reversed by the bank/payment partner within 5-7 working days. Contact us if this does not happen.

4. How to raise a request

Send your name, the email/phone used at checkout and your payment ID or screenshot. We reply within 24-48 hours.
